| grew up in northern California, where my love for adventure began with weekend road trips, dramatic coastlines, and hours spent exploring with a camera in hand. after several years as a flight attendant, i eventually turned that lifelong passion into a career creating travel content and managing companies social media. today, i get to inspire others to discover places that make them stop, wander, and create memories of their own.
now based in Utah with my husband, Mitchell, and our doodles, Kingsley and Knox, i spend my days searching for hidden gems, sharing detailed travel guides, and creating a home filled with cozy spaces and a little everyday magic. and yes, that “magic” is intentional. you’ll often find me chasing destinations that feel like they’ve been pulled straight from the pages of a fantasy novel or the scenes of a favorite film. whether it’s a misty english village, a medieval castle, or a winding mountain road, i’m always looking for places that spark imagination and make the world feel just a little more enchanting.

WHY MOTHER OF DOODS
Mother of Doods began as a playful nod to one of my favorite fantasy series, where the title Mother of Dragons always stuck with me. As the proud mom of two (formerly three) doodles, the name felt like the perfect fit.
But over time, it became so much more than a clever play on words. It’s a reflection of everything I love: adventures with my dogs, cozy places that feel like home, and finding a little magic wherever life takes you. This is my corner of the internet to share the destinations, experiences, and travel tips that make life richer, especially when they’re shared with the people (and pups) you love
